1. About GenRound
GenRound is a web-based tool for managing event generator rounds, including generator details, fuel and AdBlue readings, refuel records, crew access, route checks, and related operational notes.
2. Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and only access events or data that you are authorised to use. Managers are responsible for controlling crew access to their events.
3. Operational information
GenRound helps record and estimate site information, but it does not replace competent engineering judgement, manufacturer instructions, site procedures, or legal safety duties. Fuel remaining, runtime, and usage estimates are guidance only and should be checked against real site conditions.
4. User content
You are responsible for the generator details, checks, comments, crew records, and other information entered into GenRound. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, or confidential information unless you have permission to do so.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep GenRound available and reliable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, network issues, or faults. Features may be changed or removed as the system develops.
6. Accounts and access
We may suspend, block, or delete accounts that appear to be spam, abusive, unauthorised, or harmful to the service. Event managers may remove crew members from events they manage.
7. Liability
GenRound is provided as an operational support tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate entries, missed checks, incorrect estimates, site decisions, or events outside our reasonable control.
